Hai, I was just wondering how I can level up on the forums.

The more posts you have, the better your rank! Don't spam though.

One good way to get more posts is to be involved with beta testing. If you have an Android device, you can help out OTM right now and raise your post count by testing out the new engine, and posting feedback and bug reports. I think about half of my post count comes from beta testing v4

Or just post trash on offtopic.

Forum rank is just fluff. If you feel you have to level it up, you should direct your energies elsewhere.
