I was on my main to sell some items to get gold to send to my New character. Logged out to make new toon and try to log into alt and it never connects but I force stop and log into new guy and works. Idk what to do. Pls help dev team. I love the game play everyday just need to log into main. My IGN is Johnnyboy260. Thank you

It will be the dark shadow problem alright from removing the item/skill attached.I had the same issue but support are great and will get u up and running in a a few hours.just have to sit patiently.in the mean time make a new character...I did
