I would like some proper explanations on why sigils are no longer refundable. :|

They were only refundable for a short time after their behavior was changed at the beginning of u4. OTM did not have to make them refundable then. People were also refunding sigils for plat on one character (they were refundable because people complained about their new behavior and claimed to not want them anymore.) and then buying sigils on another character. Something else that you have to take into account is that only the sigils bought with plat were refundable. Chest sigils were never refundable.

However, the sigils I'm talking about ARE the ones that are bought with plat. I currently have a whole ton of sigs on my mage (to be precise, roughly 1k health sigs and 1k energy sigs) and I have been trying to refund ever since their behaviors changed. Never got sigs from chests so don't have any from them.
I know they had this period when you are allowed to refund sigs after their behaviors changed, but I did send some tickets in (2 to be precise, one and another after a week of nothing done) during that period but I never got anything (not even a message) -.-"

Anyone who wrote in during the refund period should have been given a refund.

If you believe this was not the case then please send in another support ticket explaining your situation and the team can look into your account history to see if these claims where made on that account.
