I logged out and after an hour i went back on and it said this account has been banned and i don't even know why? Can someone please un ban me i spent money on it and ages playing and now its gone so idk wat happend

To appeal the disabling of an account:

Send an e-mail to [email protected]
In your e-mail, state the name and World of a character on the account which has been disabled.
Write a SHORT summary as to why you feel your account should be enabled.

I have sent an email to them about the issue how long does it take them to reply/unban accounts
