I've been looking to get my mount back, after I sold it to a vendor. This was a couple months ago, so I asked support. They said they could refund only three days back. I was willing to buy Plat to get the necessary money for the refund (was 1m mount, so 500k). I've given up now because of what support sent me. I guess my main question now is, why can you refund items only up to 3 days?

it was 12 days but otm secretly changed it. there is a time limit because you could buy items, test them and refund it.

Refunds are 3 days, claiming an item back from selling/dropping is 30 days.

This was done as support is only suppose to refund accidental purchases.

Throughout the month of April, anyone who appiled for a refund was told of these upcoming changes, and the new policy can be found on the Celtic Heroes website.

the ppl where told that you gonna change it to one refund per month but not about the change to the 3 days thing.
