As a matter of fact the 2 classes I play are druid and ranger and heres what I have to say about them. In terms of dps, the druid is better off if both classes are without decent gear (DL, Hrung, Mord, Necro). If both classes are fitted out with the best possible gear, then ranger hands down does more damage and will out dps all other classes on bosses. As for leveling rangers lack the skill speed and damage that other classes have which is why it seems they level so slow. Training is all about skills and less about autoing because mobs have such low health they can be almost dead with just a few casts of skills. And druids run into the same problem with lack of burst damage causing them to struggle with training.

I don't care what gear you have, there's no way you're going to beat a fully geared, skill spamming rogue of the same level on a mordy kill if you compete.
