Alright, first I know this is a bit far fetched due to the substantial amount of players, and the fact that otm created this game as a pay to win game. But we have had some extremely bizarre things happening in taranis the past couple weeks, 3 of my clanmates have been legitimately hacked, none of the 3 people share their accounts, one of them underwent surgery lately, logged in and her stuff was gone. All 3 are plat buyers and supporters of this game, and support has done absolutely nothing to help any of them, it seems as though support is encouraging the scammer that has been wreaking havoc on our server for nearly a year. I reported this scammer personally multiple times over the year, and not a single thing was done, all support did was tell me to block him, and everyone else in the clan to block him. The complete lack of effort, and disregard for the players by support is overwhelming. Instead of persecuting my friends, accusing them of account sharing, DO SOMETHING.

Results need to come of this, I don't care if I'm not supposed to name names, but everyone in my server will back me on this, *removed* is a scammer, and all of these are his alts; *removed*, and I'm sure there are more. A simple IP ban would do nicely to cut off his funds immediately. By my count he has a bit north of 20m worth of scammed items.

I thank all who participate in this, I have no other options as i said support has done absolutely nothing to help this far, maybe this will get their attention. I have attached a photo of a reply from support to one of my clanmates after she asked for a rollback. I for one am absolutely appalled by the fact that they would turn this around and blame the players for someone else getting access to their account.

It's made pretty clear - share accounts, and you run the risk of getting scammed.

None of them were sharing accounts, that's the issue here, that and the fact support has done absolutely nothing to help.

@chase these are legit hacks, we don't know how they happened, we've been looking for clues, all are running up to date apps/ios, none run jailbroken devices, not entirely sure what else could be the cause of this. Even with a crappy password the odds of guessing a username and a password are unimaginably slim.

If that's truly the case then the user must have a way of getting into accounts.

OTM can see all from the logs, if they say your clanmates were sharing accounts then they probably were.

I'm not asking for help from support, I'm asking for help from the players of this game, support has done nothing but persecute my friends. And if support were a little brighter they would know it wasn't account sharing it was someone else that got access to the account somehow, if they cross referenced the ip's on the 3 accounts they would all be the same.

@kodelia exactly, support does absolutely nothing to help their players, i have personally been threatened by support saying that they can follow the items from a scam, why won't they do that here? Why won't they do ANYTHING but assume that my friends are sharing accounts, and if that were true why would 3 people share their accounts with a known scammer?
