Who are you to say most of my clan shares? The only accs shared are banks. 1 of them guaranteed does not share, she's relatively new and a plat buyer, these are either brute forced or he knows something that he shouldn't. This guy needs to be banned asap, and not just banned he needs to be ip banned and anything else that's possible

I dont understand how i am a troll for raising a distinct possibility to explain your situation. It is quite easy to start new toons and hide in them. Additionally, Aileron has provided far better reasons related to gameplay to boycott plat buying than your personal problems.

How do you know they were not sharing accounts? Probably your clanmates gave out the password and username of the account, had an easy to guess password/username or a hack. Even though guessing a password/username has a very slim chance, it can happen.

All 3 of them aren't going to give out thier info to the same person. Especially knowing that this person is a well known scammer that support has still yet to do anything about after a year of scamming an numerous reports.

Each one of them had something that is extremely rare that somehow the scammer obtained shortly after each of them being hacked.

I think if something happens to someones account they should contact support themselves. Instead of someone else do it. Also when someone trespasses the rules and Otm finds out about it they usually don't help in the problem and they don't have to. In this case apparently they found out the accounts or 1 of the three or 2, had been shared. So the rules were broken and people brought it on themselves.
It is also pretty known that trades are final and any lost items besides accidentally dropped or sold are not returned. All someone can do when they think they are hacked is change their password.
+ make sure you don't use the same password on any forum/website. A fan made website could easily be made to check someones e-mail and password and guess someones log in which is easier than guessing a password.
^ that option is usually not noticed by people and I think the biggest reason this happens.

Hi, we are aware of the issues that have been happening on Taranis and hope to set aside some time in order to look into things in a more detailed way.

This requires a lot of resource and time though so may take a little while till results are shown.

As for the message, I'm sorry if it seemed like a member of the team was attacking you in anyway. Sometimes when dealing with the same issues over and over and not seeming to get anywhere, emotions can run a little high and I guess this was one that just slipped out.

Thank you Morgana, tried being nice and understanding about this whole thing, but I've been blown off by support too many times. One time i reported him and support threatened my entire clan for account sharing.
