Runescape design? The designs could be used in any game, you just probably think of Runescape because of how much the graphics for blender (3d art program/animations) are similar to Runescape.

Celtic Heroes has better graphics than even Runescape now thinking about it.... Well, maybe a bit worse

No, the hood looks considerably like the Celestial Hood, and so do the other garments just with some added details.
