The skill hit variation and also monster resistance is taken into account by the game BEFORE the hit number is displayed. So what you brought up would effect the skill hit number. So then lifesteal doesn't match up woth that number. So none of those reasons you gave could account for the discrepancy. It must be a bug.
A Mage is like a Lamborghini, You don't get one as your first car or daily driver and there are cheaper cars that go faster and are more comfortable anyway.

Are you people daft? I showed you a screenshot of my lifesteal healing the full amount.

We all have a different perspective on the same problem... its a glitch regardless of what the issue may be, maybe a factor affecting it is lvl? maybe not? we all have our own views and only way to settle it is to have proof that it actually is, that or OTM tells us what the problem is.

What it seems to me is that it heals less on mobs about 20 levels lower than you, the lower the mob the lower life you get back
Again thats wrong, kiy already showed that on lvl 1 mob (while shes 191, or 190? 192? dont kill me kiy) that it heals the exact amount it hit, i think that answers the question if its lvl factor.

I cast lifesteal on a bunch of different levels in the arena, and although the damage itself was reduced as expected, the damage and heal was the same amount on all victims (yes, victims muahahahahaha :twisted: )

The levels were:
1, 13, 46, 87, 126, 145, 175, 193.

All had consistent damage and heal amounts
Belenus
Elementals

Kiyarah - 222
PiercingHeart - 193
Kiystroyer - 139
Hexi - 137
Alleviate - 135

I dont think its any certain kind of mob, just that if your way higher than it then youl get less hp back.

This is what happened on the Connacht, pirate and wolf. I always get back the same hp as i damage them for, even if its a boss ad etc.
