I'm not exactly sure what the requirement is, but yes there will be one. We don't want StoneVale getting repeated, Ex: Level 36 asking for help over and over on shout to kill FellFire (-.-)

wow that would mess up the game if u dont let all in new stage. i think u should just put hard mobs in front of entery place.
like in stonvale there are boars blocking way to farm. i think it would not be fun if everyone had to wait tell lvl 80 to get in new stage.
ive been waiting for update for 2 resons new stag and pvp lirs may be cool but after looking around i would leave.(just what i think)

well obviously you would agree since you've been level 50 since October. Not to be mean but, on a real level though, you guys have no business there but to annoy all of the high levels for items, gold, etc. The OtherWorld will not have any low levels in it and i promise you that wont be changed.

Worry not! there are several "new" areas, Lirs Reach has been changed, The castle was re-made as well, and now we have a social tavern which is the hotel near eastern docks and it is now enter-able. So you will still get new areas to explore.

To gain access to the otherworld you need a key which is gained via a quest, if you can complete the quest you can get into the otherworld.
