Old Bosses from events have spawned for ages. They are just very rare.

But nice to know more recent event Bosses have been added to the rare spawn list.

Old bosses have a set spawn after a patch or update. Ythair used to spawn 2 weeks after the server reset. Just time it and make notes for next time :)

Oh wow! I didnt know they moved the spawn location of the 50 witch hunter. That's not where it used to during the event - it looks like the place where the 150 used to spawn.
