While this system will not be perfect (people will be dissatisfied no matter what system is chosen), It is the best one that I have seen. If I were to change one thing I would suggest that the Stonebark set would be diced by both warriors and casters, but either way I would support this system. +1

Ah, I misread. I thought that the Stonebark set was the one with the armor set bonus and was vit/foc. I confused and mixed together the two sets.

Honestly i love how my opinion got discussed at all.

If we were to dice these drops i would rather have all nonclass than class all the items. What happened to when a druid could win earthstone armour or a dps charm? I believe that event drops are made for us to fight to buy/trade for full set. And in regards to alts not dicing refer back to our many discussions of that, one person can win only one drop. Why would they bring their alts if they arent going to get the chance to roll? In otherwords good luck killing the lvl 200 boss.

You're opinion probably hasn't been discussed because, the majority of people that have replied the this topic believe in a classifications system...

As far as the topic on rolls for multi-boxers...I 100% agree that each toon gets a roll. Like you had said, its been discussed many times before, I have no clue how this was even brought up as an issue again :roll:

My opinion almost never gets discussed unless i make my own topic, why? Because you all think someone who has played this game almost twice to three times as long doesn't deserve an opinion? Because i don't have ideas that could work? Because i clash with many people or in fact they clash with me?

I support those above who have argued for all dice on these items.

These event drops have no class restriction, and the bonuses do not apply to single items, which is what we dice for. Any classification system gets complicated and will give negative and unwanted side effects.

I think any class dice system for these event items create more problems than it solves, and my vote therefore goes for all dice.

While I understand the logic behind wanting class based dicing, I think the diversity of builds make this next to impossible. I do not support class based dicing for these items.

Another option is to dice for choice. High dice chooses one of the three items. Dice again, high score chooses from the remaining two. Dice again for the last item. This may allow people to complete sets more quickly, but I can also see this as a potential source of unwanted drama.

No one knows what everyone wants or needs
