Attack boost is equal on both.Not just the energy, the poison damage and attack boosts are greatI prefer the axe. I just use combos and maybe 1 or 2 restos to keep my energy up while leveling.

Out of curiosity, has anyone tried the arcane dagger of haste?
Thats why i specified arcane, the arcane costs more than the fiery and freezing (in 100 lux) but gives a 30% attack speed boostThe level 150 one is pretty good, the level 100 one isn't@deafeningsilence
