Ik zapper, but i read that dutch ppl are the tallest in the world.
And i didnt say that america or dutch ppl are smelly i said that it was an example
Re: Open mindedness
#12Think it that way.I'm not sure if it's a lack of understanding on my part (your words) or on your part(my words) but at no time did I say any country was better than another, I didn't even imply it in any way lolElim nothing against you but you say your country better then Aralus is dutch so am i so the nationalty doesnt care if you speak about it.
Example
Eliminator says dutch ppl are dumb they are stinky bah and many more
And we way 'dutch ppl are the tallest ppl in the world, they the happyest ppl in the world'
But as soon as aralus write a topci about america or so noo then everybody get mad because he means ALL AMERICAN ARE BAD, no we dont say.
So just defend your country, ofc you can be proud about it but it doesnt say other ppl can say something about it everybody got his own oppion is choose aralus side because im dutch to.
Just grown up and let the man speak his word
I have no reason to defend my country and I have nothing against the Dutch or any other nation.
Basically this post was a shot at American players.
Furthermore I'm not sure I ever responded to a post by Ara before yet he uses terms like "every time"I have over 4400 posts, maybe 4-5 say stop being a drama queen or something of the like.Every time you reply you say, someone is creating drama. However the person who states that are creating it him/herself.
I think I've mentioned people not to insult others. I dont get where you got that thought of me getting obsessed with nationalities. Your discussion doesn't make sense.
If you cant make a peaceful discussion, then dont reply
The fact that your calling me having a shot at players because of nationality is quite racist yourself.
I dont think you understand the meaning of peaceful discussion and open mindedness. In that sense perhaps We dutch are a bit more capable of understanding others, and open minded.
Perhaps gamers like you don't have much social experience. Not mean to insult you. It's your lifestyle, I don't disrespect that.
I can see partly your comment erased by mod. If you continue trying to find holes in my comments and trying to insult please dont comment. I think your dramatizing too much.
Welcome to real world.

Re: Open mindedness
#16good grief guys.
I agree 100% with being open minded, especially when playing an international MMORPG. There's truly no way to fully enjoy the experience of the game if you can't be at least somewhat open minded and think outside of the box you were born into.
However, it's unfair to preach being open minded an then generalizing anothers nationality or your own nationality for that matter.
Simple truth is by starting this thread, even though you were asking folks to respond without "attempting bashing or insults", you were asking for trouble.
You also said that moving on is the "normal way to deal with issues" that, "That's the dutch way."
First of, it's neither the "normal" way nor is it the "Dutch" way - it's your way. Maybe you should take a bit of your own advice and learn to be more open minded about things yourself love. Not everyone has the same way of getting over a rough situation. Sometimes moving on takes time and working it out, it's usually not something you can just do, you have to work at it.
Personally I can't move on one bit after a bad situation until I've had at least three (okay maybe four) glasses of wine, a pint of chocolate ice cream, and a total complaint session with by best friend. Now, that's not the "american" way - just my way.
To each their own, and I hope this pointless thread gets locked soon. I'm so tired of all these silly threads that go back and fourth, but it's like crack or something - I just HAVE to read them hoping there's a point and get disappointed every time.

Nor was I generalizing.
Maybe coupled of phrases made you think that way. But I do thank your normal response.
The issue is we have to ass lick the ones who try and dominate the forums. We cant even point out our own views. If I truly do care about nationality I would be slurring against the individuals, which a I normally do not.
I will continue to try to discuss matters peacefully although of some pointing out fingers. Until we all accept each other's views no point in stopping.

Thank you, great post, there is a lesson in this post for some to read and comprehend, you summed it up well.
Re: Open mindedness
#19You must be imagining something Elim wrote, because he said no such thing. The sole purpose of your reply is to elicit an argument from him and start drama.Elim nothing against you but you say your country better then Aralus is dutch so am i so the nationalty doesnt care if you speak about it.
I can understand that you aren't fluent in English, but to read something that wasn't even there goes beyond lack of English comprehension.
