Honestly if he just stopped getting involved in such stupid situations I'm sure many would just respect him so minimally that he would just be able to dice for drops and play the game. He never really scammed anything, in my eyes I see it as he wants to make cash to he does what he can to do it, slightly unethical or not. I understand buying a scammed camo charm with intentions of flipping it isn't really a good thing, and I know getting people to dice their prized possessions isn't very good either but really, does that deserve a 7+ month ban from the game? He never really broke any rules, he just did things that weren't up to many players' standards.

My advice would be to not get involved in something that seems fishy, even if it means doubling your bank, because clearly it isn't worth the trouble it gives you.

Anyways if we had to vote I'd say his ban should be lifted so long as he just stops dicing altogether(not including dicing for drops obviously).

There is legitimately no proof to whether neek has scammed anything, many people are prosperous in the game, devildave owns a large sum of money, lostgirl had a few mil and was the richest person on lugh without buying plat, fury has an unknown wealth.

Sure he has been on the questionable side a couple of times. The camo charm for one was something he was planning to buy at the time, he saw the opportunity to buy it, and didnt know of the scam at the time (the trade happened after the scamee had logged off and the words werent being passed around, hell i didnt know of the scan either. Then after he bought, he was down 1mil and up a camo. He was then told of the scam and willingly said that he would trade it back if he can get his money back somehow. Hell 1mil took months to get unless you bought plat. I wouldve asked the same or something similar.

The running with drops, he participated and was grouped, only to be told at the end of the fight that he couldnt win a drop and had to hand it over, he wasted his time and items for nothing not even an attempt at a drop, which is entitled to everyone within the requirements. Then players are entitled to tell someone whether or not they can participate for a drop or not BEFORE a fight. I would have run with the drop too.

Long story short, neek was banned over pure rumours over half a year ago! If that aint long enough id hate to see what a real scammer gets... I vote for neek to be allowed to dice.

Same thing happened with a titan brace recently. Quite a coincidence that this 'scammer' ends up 'selling' right away both times.

And there was the issue with conduct's ring. He knew it wasnt conduct at the time. Again took advantage of the situation.

And besides all that, he keeps drops without dicing..if we cant trust him with drops then why let him in fight?

If I see proof over neeks ring with conduct then sure ban him as for the drops HR WAS THE ONLY RANGER THEIR please everyone tell me if their was one ranger and 7 warriors 6 rouges 8 druids 1 mage would u dice the drops worthless to u or give to someone who needs

HOW do you know conduct didnt make a low level alt to win big? After winning he logs out, after losing he goes on his main and claims he was hacked. Conduct is just *** stupid. It's his own fault his reaper was lost, there's NO way to hack without giving out your username &/ email login.

Hello all, i have just created an account on forums because i felt the need to speak my mind. I have not seen any proof that shows Neek a scammer, so why is he being punished over rumors and false accusations? Put yourself in his shoes, how would you feel if you were accused falsely for scamming without being proven and most of the server believed it? Don't be ignorant and hear his side of the story before believing what someone else said. Now about the incident yesterday, i felt that he did have the right to get the drops due to being the only ranger there. None of the people at the fight had use for those items so why hoard them? Why not give Neek a second chance? Do we not have a little bit of compassion in our hearts? I mean, how do we expect our server to grow if we hoard the drops and hold grudges among each others? Or do we all want to play in a server that has brought people to it due to its harmony among its players? I for sure want to play in a server where we all get along. If we don't want to end like the other servers, i say we forgive and forget and let the past be ashes. I vote -1 to keep Neek banned. -PERSEUS1

U know what this is some kind act of being careless... Whats the purpose of OTM always giving reminders to never give ur acc details to anyone so that u will not be hacked and never entrust ur items to anyone to prevent scamming...its pretty clear on those statements that if u get scammed ur the one whos responsible for it...

i see what your saying with leave the past in he past but how about the people who got scammed? Hard to leave that in the past when you lost one of possibly the most valued items in lugh cant really just forget about it i mean forgiveness is a good thing but lets think in real life you get a call saying your house is being watched by criminals we need all your house paper under our names or we will let the criminals do what they want if your stressing in this moment and not thinking youll do what they say now guess what your house is gone and those guys get caught by the police, the police dont say ahh we will give them a second chance and un cuff them no a scammer in real life is put away for possibly life i dont think it should be any different in celtic heroes.
