Keep in mind the proc has a 5% chance on the main hand, which is when it says that it glows with divine light! maybe your just getting unlucky... Ive had the message pop up on a stonefang runt before aswell

Why is doing extra damage on a boss with Godzilla hp be deemed unlucky?

Yet another example of otm screwing over low levels on bosses designed for them but high levels ffa on.
Lol. So what was target lock implemented for? To put a pretty picture on health bars?
