I don't get it.

#1
Earlier today my post was on lock because my friend that I well trusted wanted to trade his account for white and green hunter fashion in like early December late November. So people were asking me if I was the main one who created the account and I honestly told them I'm not, OTM support why do you have to ban people or disable accounts? If its a scam and the person scammed the account I understand but if it was a fair trade then why ban people? I've spent money on this game and have spent a lot of time recently playing and leveling and it would just be unfair to ban someone for buying an account. I love this game, better than any other game I have ever played. I just read the rules today and did not know that you couldn't buy or sell accounts. Please dont ban or disable my account I have spemt much time on it and gave a fair trade for it.

Sincerely, killerouge-Crom

When an officer pulls you over for speeding, do you really think that saying "I just read the speed limit sign today and didn't know that I couldn't speed" is going to get you off the hook?

No... it's just that if both players are fine with trade one should not be punished. It should be the original account owner's decision of what they want to do with the account. No one got scammed and it was a trade, the original account owner was fine with trade and we are still friends and I talked to him a few days ago.

Before playing Celtic Heroes, you must first comply to the End User License Agreement (EULA), also known as the Terms of Service. This message pops up the first time after you download the game from the App Store and launch it.

The following is a direct excerpt from the ToS:
You may not share your password, buy, sell, give or trade any account, nor attempt to buy, sell, give or trade any account.
OTM has the complete right to enforce rules like these because after all, it's their game. When you hit the "Accept" button after first launching Celtic Heroes, you obviously didn't read the Terms of Service. Nevertheless, you agreed to follow OTM's terms in order to play the game.

It's pretty clear that failure to follow such terms leads to account suspension/banning. What this means for you is that this desperate attempt to challenge the rules…

…is far too late. If you had disagreed with the "No buying/selling accounts" rule, you should have pressed the "Decline" button on the ToS and deleted the app before you even started playing.

I don't remember ever seeing that message pop up, I will redownload app to see but I do not recall the message.

Your friend should have explained the tos to you that he agreed to. Either way maybe do up a support ticket explaining when you bought or had the account traded to you that you did not register it yourself you were unaware of the terms of service.

Imagine I sold you a truck but, didn't sign it over. Technically it is still my car and I can take it back because it would still be my car if you have no proof of transfer or purchase. Otm would look at it the same way that you are not the owner of the account. The fact you put a lift kit in it does not matter.

Normal is an illusion. After all what is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly.

How do you file a support ticket.

problem is you need proof the other party agreed to this. It protects the player thats why they have a no selling or trading account policy.
