I would never jailbreak my device and for it to pop up you have to click on terms of service at the top of the create an account tab.1. ToS always pops up on first launch, I just tested it.I just redownloaded the application and there was no ToS.
2. Even if for some reason it didn't pop up for you (jailbroken device hack?), your account still may be warned/suspended/banned.
Re: I don't get it.
#23Probably true, but without even reading it the vast majority of people know that you can't buy/sell accounts. It's common knowledge.guys, who the hell honestly reads ToS/TaC ever? exactly. nill to none.
Find me one MMO that permits buying/selling accounts.

#26Are you pratically calling me stupid by satimg its common knowledge? Re: I don't get it.
#27If I was gonna call you stupid I would just say it. Are you insecure about your intelligence? Does it really matter what people on the forums think? This is between you otm and the person that sold you the account. I consider this stuff common knowlege, does not mean that it was common or you, like you said you have not played a lot of mmo's right? Are you pratically calling me stupid by satimg its common knowledge? If I was you I would just suck it up and start over or quit if support doesnt pan out.

Re: I don't get it.
#28I never called you anything. I simply said that "no account trading" rules are standard practice in the MMO industry. I also said that no MMO exists (to my knowledge) that allows account trading, so OTM's rule is nothing new/shocking.Are you pratically calling me stupid by satimg its common knowledge? Because most people donot read ToC unless required
I have never played WoW but I looked up their terms:I play no other MMO games but I did play WoW and that is a paid game so not much traded accounts but I bet some did.
Re: I don't get it.
#29Ok I wasn't sure about there's last I played was like a year or two ago. But I am sorry for buying the account I should've read the terms and conditions before fully playing, I just please want to keep my account, if I knew buying and trading accounts was prohibited I wouldn't have done it sorryI never called you anything. Re: I don't get it.
#30Swan going all out forum guideBefore playing Celtic Heroes, you must first comply to the End User License Agreement (EULA), also known as the Terms of Service. This message pops up the first time after you download the game from the App Store and launch it.
The following is a direct excerpt from the ToS:OTM has the complete right to enforce rules like these because after all, it's their game. When you hit the "Accept" button after first launching Celtic Heroes, you obviously didn't read the Terms of Service. Nevertheless, you agreed to follow OTM's terms in order to play the game. You may not share your password, buy, sell, give or trade any account, nor attempt to buy, sell, give or trade any account.
It's pretty clear that failure to follow such terms leads to account suspension/banning. What this means for you is that this desperate attempt to challenge the rules……is far too late. If you had disagreed with the "No buying/selling accounts" rule, you should have pressed the "Decline" button on the ToS and deleted the app before you even started playing.No... it's just that if both players are fine with trade one should not be punished. It should be the original account owner's decision of what they want to do with the account. No one got scammed and it was a trade, the original account owner was fine with trade and we are still friends and I talked to him a few days ago.
