Re: Class consequences because of balance issues?

A warrior can't deal dps lije other classes. Thats goid. Rogues cant tank like warriors. Thats good. A rangers dps should be little compared to rogues. If rangers want dps like take away their bows and heal bolas buffs and debuffs and raise energy problems. Then its fair.

In Arawn, rangers gets the kill on all endgame bosses, even without dl offhand their dps rocks already PVE and PVP. Rangers outdps lvl 200+ rogues, dps druids and mages, so im not sure what more would you want to add to them. Maybe its how you play with your stats and your character.

Or maybe its just that 90% of the rangers dont make it to 200+

Whats the edge in picking a certain class if its all balanced?just sayn dont answer
It's unfair to other classes that are much weaker than others.for example classes need to be balanced in pvp to make sure they can actually survive while trying to do killian... Druids and rangers would be crushed while trying to do killian if someone else comes in and kills em

The edge should be all about learning and developing your character.
I think more should be shifted to abilities and also understanding your skills and how to maximize them.

But when a game gives you no chance to overcome obstacles or compete against other classes you are left with only two choice...
Quit the game or start a rogue...

Geez get over it.Classes are balanced to me its just personal preferences .Most people rather dual wield daggers or go sword and shield or dps warrior.Barely wants to just be a healer. And people dont perfer fire or ice magic.and rangers just shoot. No action there.
Do you play all classes?
Do you have any end game toons?

Im guessing not with your uninformed sweeping statement.

I think the class balance outside pvp is close untill around 80. Each class has its good and bad points.

After 80-100 the issues start, worrior dps comp to rogue deminishes, rangers (which i enjoyed the most till 105) starts to fade to a long slow grind.

Worrior : 188 Bichslap
Ranger. : 129 Winterstorm
Druid. : 125 Bwana

Warrior dps should be worse than rogues, which it is. Same for rangers(and rangers outdps warriors and have support skills).
