Yo i want to start a char in new server but all server has lv 100+ players so i dont have chance. My question is when coming a new server?
Twitter could possibly written the day before opening the server.

Just join server than lvl... U can pass them

They will only add a new server once the current servers become overpopulated. As I'm aware, they usually tweet about updates a day or two before they are implemented, either on the @OnethumbMobile account or the @CelticHeroes account.
