Hello, I have submitted a couple request to support on the game and have yet to get a response. I am on the morrigan server and apart of the Clan Lux Mortalis. I just recently came back to the game about a month ago and the clan has now only 2 other members, I and another a general and Vexare chief. I would like to restart this clan, but sense Vex is inactive and has been for quite some time, I would like to become chief and need support to do so so I can continue the clan.

Welcome back to Celtic, sorry about your clan chief. Sending multiple tickets to support will make the process slower. The read all tickets so one ticket is sufficient.

Maybe you can make a similar clan or some type of announcement of it as the new of it. Sorry I know you would like the original clan. Gather the friends he/ she had, you have as a fresh start. You never know maybe will come back New Engine. Good luck

I am sorry that there has been a delay. We are currently dealing with a large volume of tickets.
Regarding your issue, we do not have the power to change the chieftain of a clan, no matter how inactive they have been.

As PurpleRain suggested, we'd recommend making a similar clan and gathering up friends for a fresh start.
