People often think that leaders hate each other. Leaders tend to focus on the issues lets all Lugh team!

Hey Ging glad ya showed up to debate. As one can see, apparently the forums do work. As for as your leadership circle goes, Pffft. To many yes men and not enough independent thinkers. However, I will say that I am very impressed by the responses and discussion on the thread. Things may be on the change. As mentioned earlier, the forums can be a effective tool for discussion and debate. I for one +1 the forum discussions. The forums are a great debate tool an can also assist in recognizing true intentions. While you were on your hiatus, Lugh was pretty much run by one individual. I for one would not like this situation repeated. No offense to anyone player, both and old timers and lix wonders, you do not or should not have a say into what affects my play. I do believe if a topic is hashed out on forums, both positive or negative, then it should shape the way Lugh is played. These ideas about secret meetings, councils and such nonsense are bunk. Seen to much greed, both old and lix players, to put faith that correct decisions should be made. Again, +1 for forum debates.

The forums are a centralized place where people can input their thoughts and feelings across all topics that are proposed. It is much easier to collect thoughts on the forums than it is in game. In game, the only way to do it is to be in a group or whispers which is not convenient or conducive for gathering input from the masses.

One issue i noticed in CH forums, and most other forums, is that the majority of people either act hastily or become very defensive if comments are directed at them or if their opinions are not of the majority.

One suggestion, use these forums as a neutral zone. Don't attack others. Suggest and comment on what you feel necessary. Change will not occur unless people are pro active about suggesting it.

Thank you Ade for being proactive and suggesting something. I hope more people can do the same without the conversations turning ugly.

a sarge pointed out, the forums allow everyone to have a voice (potentially). While some may not use the forums, there is no barrier to entry - they can use them if they want to. if they want a voice, they need to put in the modest effort of using the forums.

as for respected people, i know i will read posts by people i respect much more carefully than some others. Their arguments will inform my choice.

various clan leaders will often try to work things out (toy and shadow for example) to a basic degree to allow for smoother, more pleasant play. I don't think we need a formal leadership circle.

Especially if they say something like "we had such an advantage over you guys w it" meaning all Lugh as you guys. I don't think you can trust anyone who pretends to care about the happiness of all Lugh if they say such a thing.
