What is highest lvl affected by Double Attack? Assuming one can achieve 50/50 in this skill and 35/35 equates to a lvl 180 mob being vulnerable to double attack, does that means that...

35 = 180
36 = 185
37 = 190
38 = 195? etc. etc.

Yes thats exactly what it means

50/40 would be lv255

U need it 37 for lvling, 39 for garanak if u want.
