Hi, recently one of my friends (anonymous) deleted his account and wants it back right now. He asked support a week ago with no response. He claimed he couldn't register on the forums, so he asked me to post a message. He is getting agitated right now so he wants a quick response. He says he bought lots of plat in this game and wants to come back.

He did, but its been a long time and hes getting impatient about it. Thanks for the reply.

OTM doesn't work on the weekends, and they are also having to go through a lot of support tickets at the moment, but they will get to him soon.

In regards to the above - OTM tend to take longer to respond to emails, because there is such a huge amount of support tickets. They do advise in this case, to make a new account and send support a ticket through the new account regarding your issue. Hopefully that works out for you.
