I would say begin with first small clan and lvl them up, and people that are much on.
I would say
2 warriors tanks prefered ofc
2 rogues for the dmg
1 ranger
1 mage
2 druids
Then if you guys kill a boss 1 warrior and the ranger go attack the mob and the rest keeps attacking the boss, then the 2nd druid helps the 2 people that kill mobs to heak them and so keel trying.
Would be hard ofc to do bosses then but begin small i would say

#22I apologise for the inaccuracy, you can only analyze something to a point, of course not being a part of Avalon restricts my knowledge of their ways. However, the fact that voting is more restrictive emphasises my point even more. The word "restrictive" may to a point sound negative, suggesting the voting process is difficult. However, in my opinion, this is not the case. It creates a tightly knit (and as Pdizz said, hand-picked) clan that simply cannot collapse when maintained. All that's left is a level requirement that keeps the firepower in check. The last statement is inaccurate. It's not a majority vote, our voting process is much more restrictive than that. If anyone gets enough "negative" votes, they may not even make it, no matter how much support they have from other members. How much is enough? It varies I suppose, and depends on the degree of the against vote. 3 or more negative votes are already a huge red flag for me, but some can be trivial and can be dismissed, but even 1 huge negative vote can be a deciding factor. For a start, Avalon votes their clan members in. What I don't understand is how any other clan has failed to adopt something exactly like this: no exceptions, no invitations, even if you whisper the chief or generals asking to be invited. You must apply, and you must get enough positive votes.
Joining Avalon is a commitment to help the clan and its members. If any seed of resentment exists, then it just won't work and will simply grow into something bigger and thus clan drama ensues. There have been many applicants declined simply because one or two members are adamant they won't help them at any cost. Ofttimes when this happens, I try to find resolutions to these conflict and try to mediate and see if peace can be made by understanding the cause or source of the issues. We have had quite a few members declined before that are now valuable and contributing members of the clan, all it takes is some awakening and understanding to figure out what we are really playing for.
But then there are the hopeless cases, when one would get a 0-25 or 1-20 vote, and that I don't even bother to see if it can be fixed.
Furthermore, if you have ever watched Ava take a boss, it is very apparent that they work in flawless synchronization without ever seeing what commands and chat that take place within their group/clan. This is what happens when you have a dedicated group who are all on the same page and have put their clan first beyond personal feelings.

Re: The Republic of Morrgian
#23No need to apologize, just letting folks know what to expect. Ive had a few "w t f why did i get rejected, i got 60% votes" responses and then Ive had to explain why 40% of members saying no is undesirable.
Re: The Republic of Morrgian
#24In regards to the original topic, I'll say this, it's a GRAND idea, probably too grand to work. Many people have suggested or tried the combine clans and either people don't want to give up their power or titles, and/or people are too greedy, or people can't get over unfathomable to better themselves and their clanmates overall.
Either way it's a lot to try and overcome. It would take everyone buying in to what you're trying to build, they'd have to realize there will be stumbling blocks and a learning curve along the way, but if you get the RIGHT people I think it can be done.
I say good luck to anyone that does try.

#25Equinox is the only history of an attempt like this. They were going well then greed and power hungry nature grasped ahold of a few and it eventually blew up .

#26Such an idea would only work on paper. Clans sometimes combine power when they have similar interests but that is only because they get what they want. After a while people will become greedy and abuse your kind system that helps everyone. That is the way it was and it still is. Avalon is a clan where the bad greedy people are not let into allowing for minimal drama and a much happier family environment.
