I think the pride of defeating a challenge laid out by OTM should supersede any satisfaction from getting loot. My opinion only, no need to flame.We have the toons, dps and gear to take necro comfortably.. Reason it's taken so long on Rhiannon is simply lack of motivation. The lack of motivation stems from the awful loot and simply the fact that the boss is not worth the cost and effort to kill. Testing originally when it was impossible didn't help the cause.
We have just started working towards it again and on our 3rd test, we got him down to 2-3%.. We were still missing a ton of toons for this attempt (over 15 toons that could have had a big affect), including a 195 Rogue with Rondel, A 197 Rogue with Rondel and a 200 Ranger with Quiver.
We will down within a couple of weeks, though it's not really a big deal now lol.

#33I somewhat agree, but if the loot is bad, the motivation to kill is not there for a lot of us (same reason we never tried Aggy or Hrung before their was loot). We're not really bothered about the bragging rights.

After our 3rd attempt we know how to kill (people did post notes on how other worlds did it, but it is pretty simple when you use your head), pretty sure it will go down on next attempt.. If not, it won't be long.
