Sigil Refund

A few weeks ago (not sure exactly when), I sent support a ticket requesting the unbinding of 400 health sigils and 400 energy sigils on my ice mage Elsa.

I have received no response since, and I have not yet sent in a duplicate ticket.

I would like these sigils unbound back into box form (so 80 health sigil boxes, and 80 energy sigil boxes). I believe that this should be possible because I sent in the ticket two days after using the sigils, and items purchased for gold have been refunded before (as long as the ticket is filed within three days).

While I wait for Support's response: will these sigils be unbound (keeping in mind that I sent ticket within two days)? And if so, how long will it take?

If these sigils where received from boxes and not from directly being purchases from platinum then support will be unable to refund you.

Please be aware that regarding support ticket time, we are a small team and are working through a large number of tickets/emails.

Yes, I believe Support can only refund items bought directly from their plat store or their gold vendors.
