Why does rupture require an axe. I can't stand axes(their look more than any stat). I wish it was usable with a spear or sword. Also, which do you guys think is better,spear or sword?(excluding dl)

Sword is better in general imo, though their may be specific spears that are really good. The reason rupture is not available for sword is 1. It would make us op and 2. It doesn't make sense for a sword to cause internal bleeding.

Mordy spears
Best wep in the game but the only spear that I would use other then Void zeal aggy tridents.

Swords, i might be using axe, but my top favorite weps are those :

1. Sword
2. Spear (although mordy spear looks the best, frozen sword too)
3. Axe
4. Hammer

Exactly the same order as me. Except of course that harps are the best.

Depends on the spear....

If you arent very fortunate to own a mordy spear, lvl 160 ancient wyrmbone is the spear to go to. My dps is on par or even better than a warrior who uses axes or swords. Just get me a str build, haste lix, shatter, and rupture is a thing of the past
