I'm a level 133 Rogue and used a pvp/solo build
I want a new build that could be used too efficentally level too 140-150

+4 Lifesteal ring // +3 Expose Weakness ( I switch out rings if I'm levelings or Pvping)

I want a leveling build Dex/Str whichever (I'm using Sc too level FYI)
