How long does it take for appeal team to get back to you about un-disabling my acc?
It depends on how many tickets flow in, however they always try to answer all tickets/appeals til friday due they don't work on weekends.
If you get no reply for 2 weeks you should resend your mail as mails can get lost, however sending multiple tickets will only slow down the process

Also in correlation to what Awe said. If you do not hear back from the appeals team after two weeks, give Morgana a PM on the forums here.

The first time i contacted support team. it took 2-3 business days. The first and second time I contacted appeals team took 2-3 business days also. As for the 3rd time. It has been 5 business days now. Hopefully they respond next week. Anyway, don't expect much. Each reply was one short sentence. They also ignored my question on how long my account is disabled for. I asked this question each time. The first time appeals team explained to me the reason why I was disabled. i explained my side of the false accusations that were brought up against me. They then told me another reason and that it was against the terms and services agreement(TOS). I read the TOS, they were incorrect. Now waiting for a response. Anyway, good luck to you.

In regards to this, I can only imagine how swamped the support team get over a couple of days of emails/tickets - especially after weekends! So their haste to satisfy the customer is of their utmost importance even if that means you get a one sentence response, you know your ticket has been seen and processed. I believe OTM have the right to change the TOS/TaC at any time (Generally the last Term of Service).

They should make another appeals for if you feel your appeal wasn't good enough. Haha. They try their best, after all they are humans... Unless...

Well, after about 10 business days I received a response. This time though they actually replied using multiple sentences. :shock: They still failed to answer the main question. I asked, " How long was my account disabled for?" :? Well I guess I'll have to wait another 10 business days for a new a response. :lol: :evil: Chances are they will still keep ignoring the question and give me more reasons. :roll: Good luck to you on your quest to get your account disabled.
