Unfortunately the Beta Application process has ended. However they may open it up again if they feel they need more players. Generally the Beta does stay closed though, and doesn't open up again to the Beta Testers rights are expired (Yearly). Don't worry if you stick to the game, and the forums there will be a Beta later on down the track for a new update (Next year or so).
