These are rare, even better if your in android world, i would consider selling it for a GOOD price, like a fortune. Otherwise just wait a lil longer if you cant find someone that offers good.

Yes, I'm on android server and have only heard/seen one other person with black rad. I'll just bank it till after event later when people have more expendable gold or someone has a good item for trade.
