Like P1r4 said, vitality is linear: 1 vitality = 6.25 health, with no diminishing returns.

I take it that this thread isn't about the feasibility of 30k hp, but rather the possibility of it. Please don't bash about the fact that void/godly gear is nearly impossible to get.

A level 201 warrior can dump 1000 stat points into vitality, resulting in 1010 base vitality.

The gear alone gives you 1160 vitality and a 4700 health bonus. Adding your 1010 base vitality brings your total to 18262.5 health. I am pretty sure that the +20% elixir buff does not stack with the +15% warhorn buff so the warhorn is irrelevant.
Also I am fairly sure that the +20% health buff applies to gear only, and not buffs like dragonlord aura.
So 18262.5 x 1.2 = 21915 health.
Then you add the 2100 health from the aura and pie to get 24015 health without a druid.

Now you need a geared full focus druid. Just for the sake of time, I'm going to safely assume that both abundance and abundant aura add a total of 3k health.

So your grand total is 27015 health. It seems like it's currently impossible to reach 30k.

Let me know if I missed any better gear/buffs on the warrior.

Given swans math and estimates of a druid's total buffs of 3000 hp, I will multiply the STACKED hp from warhorn and sc.

Given Swan's base hp model above:

18262.5(base gear and vit)+2100(aura and pie)+3000ish(Druid buffs)=23362.5

Adding in the 200 hp boost from hp lix would be 23362.5+200=23562.5

20% from super hp Lix:
(23562.5)*(1.2)=28275

15% from equipping warhorn:
(28275)*(1.15)=32516.25


There's your answer. Assuming abundance and abundant aura add a total of 3k hp, you can get a max hp of 32516.25

I forgot to include the 200 hp boost from the hp lix originally…

But if you're equipping the warhorn, you'll have to subtract 280 vitality (1750 health) because you can't equip the warhorn and void spear + bastion shield at the same time.

1750 health ends up being 2415 health because of the 20% and 15% stacked bonuses.

32516.25 - 2415 = 30101.25

So theoretically you could have 30101.25 health (I think), which is still over the 30k threshold.

The skill increases hp regen. EQUIPPING the warhorn is what adds the hp. I tested this and confirmed it
