Hi!
I remember reading something about an item that reduces the recharge time/cooldown for nature's touch skill. What is the item called, and where can I get it? Also... How much does it usually cost?

There are 3 weapons that reduce the recast time for nature's touch:

1. Level 175 Dark Skull of Nature's Touch — 20% recast time reduction
2. Level 180 Shadow Skull of Nature's Touch — 25% recast time reduction
3. Level 185 Void Skull of Nature's Touch — 30% recast time reduction

A boss named Hrungnir drops them.

These items are usually priceless (no one sells them). Unless you're in a powerful clan, they are essentially impossible to get.
