The build is very effective, and to my knowledge it's the best solo-leveling build for druids level 130+. I will copy a pmed message that I sent not long ago, as it outlines just about everything:
For this build you will need roughly 2000 health, 400 defense (More is always better, but don't go overload. If you plan to use super combos exclusively, then do 300 defense and let the combo suppliment. Again, more is always better, but don't sacrifice better gear if you don't need to), and Four fully-maxed skills (Lightning Strike, Strangling Vines, Storm Touch, Howling Wind, extras in Nature's Touch).

First, I would sort out your gear.

- If you have/get any defense-adding Frosthelms (greater is best, but normal is fine) or Frostboots (there is a wind/storm pair that is REALLY nice), GET THEM!! Their defense and skill boosts are superb!

- If you can't get ahold of a defense-adding frosthelm, then find an icedragon helm (royal has a lvl 160 requirement) for when you are of the level req. Until then though, try borrowing a greater or radiant Earthstone Helm for the hp/energy boosts.. or the Radiant Boots (250 defense and health). Or pants for that matter.

- Unless you have aggy bracelets, try to find Riftskull bracelets that add to Vit and Dex (FOC/DEX works to if VIT/DEX isn't availible). You could probably borrow/have them for free.

- Use either a sunsharddefense necklace, 140 summerboss, or an icecrystal pendent for the necklace. For a charm, try to get one that adds to either vit or dex from the 140 summerboss.

-If you can get a shrivewood ring, use it! It adds a nice defense boost. Other than that, try to find +4 or +5 rings in Strike, Vines, Storm, and Wind. The idea is that you want those four skills to be as high leveled as possible, so you will be placing lots of points into them.

-If you have DL gloves, use them! If not, use ancient beastbone.. Same with helm if you are unable to get any of the previously mentioned ones.

Stats and Stuff:

So once you get your gear sorted out (prioritizing defense and skill points), check your stats: if your defense is higher than 550, then perhaps tone it down a bit if you can sacrifice defense for better gear. If your defense is lower than 400, then subtract the current from 400, divide it by 2, and increase your dex by that amount:

If your stats show 140 defense, then you do: 400-140 = 260 260/2 = 130 Increase dex by 130!

Once dex and defense is sorted out, then comes health. Increase your VIT by increments of 30 until you start getting close to your 2000 HP goal. If you go over, that's fine!

After health is set, place in all but 100 stat points in FOCUS. After this you should have 2k health, 400 defense, all four main skills at level 35+, and 100 stat points left over.

Once all this is done, go do one elix (with the unaligned 100 stat points). Use a totem in the mainhand, and an axe in the offhand. Take the mobs ONE AT A TIME!!!, and cast winds, strike, vines, and use storm if you think you have enough energy. During solo elixing, I HIGHLY reccomend using a Heroic Energy Elixir. It is a total game-changer, and are usually very cheap.

After the first elix with your new build, access it! If you think you need more health, then place the remaining stat points in VIT. If you need more defense, place 50 in dex and then rest in foc. If you like it how it is, then load up your focus with more points.

Enjoy, and Happy Healing ;)

Any advice for a druid that is at 65? It is getting increasingly hard to level in my clan as they seem to be focusing more on bossing in order to stock pile all the stuff that is needed for the various armor quests. I have a couple people in the clan that will help me level, but they are starting to get up into the 100s and that means less xp for me when we are together. I would like to be able to solo, but I'm just not sure how to best accomplish that at my current level.

I had an apprentice with a very similar issue, however I don't know if you are platless or not. His build was to max the following skills (he was platless, so had almost no regens): Strike, Vines, Energy Harvest, Bark, rest in Touch. He used a totem and a Trident for weaponry. If you have lots of lux and enegry regens, then drop harvest and max touch.

I believe he used a 3focus 2vit stat ratio.

However, all in all it's not worth soloing as a druid until level 80+. You are much better off leveling with someone else (they kill mobs their level and you heal them), which gives MUCH better xp than solo.

Thank you for your continued advice. I will do that then. The wife and I did splurge a little on some chests, so I do have about 200 or so energy sigles applied to my druid. I have seen elsewhere you have mentioned maxing lightning, vines, bark, and touch. Think I will modify that by putting the remainder into howling winds after all the others are maxed. Thank you again.

I'm a level 100 druid. I solo exclusively because my server is empty. I still only have my dark shadow armor, and I use a flint icon totem from stonevale and a golden blade of magic from OW. I have maxed nature's touch, strangling vines, lightning strike and shield of bark.

I have very little experience with this game because it's almost impossible to find a group on my server much less a guild that doesn't disband three weeks after it's formed.

I spent a bit of money to get to where I am but I'm broke now and just can't afford to buy any more plat. I'm finding the grind to be super long and tedious at this point. My only options for exp seem to be eyeballs and trees in OW and it takes me a good 3-4 hours of grinding just to get a level now. Can anyone offer me some advice to speed things up a little? BTW I'm on Android.

hi, is the guide you ve showed solo dps also verry good without combo or haste lix?
Yes. I use it to level with only using a super know and a heroic energy elixir. Combos make it easier however, as they boost defense, auto speed, and other stuff.
