Celtic Heroes

After ~30 seconds of gameplay over wifi, game disconnects and returns to main screen.

Any ideas on what may be the cause?

Check your WiFi settings in router and device. If your network is dropping lots, this could be the cause.

Also make sure you clear cache on device. Close unused apps running etc. Let everyone know if still having issue.

In addition to original post the issue only occurs on my home WiFi, other WiFi and mobile networks work fine do I need to change any router settings?
I have tried the above
All other online games including mobile and console work fine,this is the only game to have an issue

Hi there Ginger_Ninja,

I'd recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider to see if they can recommend anything. It seems strange that it's only disconnecting on your home wifi.

Also, what device and OS are you using?
