I'm no warrior but i would by the heroic ammy (if you can get it for cheap, 130kish i think would be retail, not sure though) then spend the rest on an inviguration bracelet, not sure if this is the best for warrior though!

What about an offhand? Warriors depend on damage and autos unlike rogues and also don't need as much regen as rogues do. I don't recommend this advice with his budget. Maybe if he had a larger money pool.

Rejuv offhand is the way to go.

I would say skip level 100 lux shop, and buy a golben blade (150-170k) and save for a heroic ammy.
Then you should save this lux till you reach level 150. After reaching this level, start farming money ( Sewer is my prefered place ) and try to get a level 150 offhand and a talisman of stars ( Or any dps warrior ammy, example : Spectral ammy ).
When you get this two lux items, start making money for a haste ring, very useful ! This is what I basically did.

If you are going for the most efficient offhand the primal blade is for you. If you are going for an okay offhand with regen but pretty fair dps get the dagger offhand. If you are going for the best dps offhand go for the axe(If you have enough energy regen go for this). Good luck mate.

Cheapest build would use primal blade, which is good for him, but if u wanna be hybrid with a slight of dps @Volt, then buy dagger of slaying.
