My submission is not the pic Ive posted. Its the Idea and lore behind it. Balor is an actual Celtic Mythological God. He has wings.

Wings can be whichever they choose to design. I remove my pic from submission since it was there to show only the God Balor. Believe me ive put as much time into researching Celtic Lore as most of you did drawing.

BALOR - In the Celtic-Irish mythology, Balor is the god of death and the king of the Fomorians, a race of giants. He was the son of Buarainech and the husband of Cethlenn. Balor had only one eye, which he kept closed because anything he looked at would die instantly.

Hah ive given the devs a boss they can use that can drop them when killed. They know their celtic trappings have limited their design process. Im more concerned with giving them something somewhat easy to develop and implement. Wings are already developed and in the game. Or They could be worn as fashion and change you into Balor with a bonus 1.5x growth enhancement and a big run boost.

This is a competition for drawings, not concepts. Please, post this in feedback, not a bad idea, but I'm sure OTM knows what they are doing here.

I thought the griffin, a major symbol for the celts, would be a great first animated mount. The griffin was a very powerful symbol and only used when the celts really needed their gods attention. The small picture on the left shows hows the rider would sit. He would have his knees somewhat bent, like on the dragon staffs. The wings and the glow around the griffon would change based on rarity, the nicer colors being the rarer ones of course.

Badb the Fallen

Badb symbolizes the end of the world in Celtic mythology and brings destruction wherever he flies. Increases movement speed by 90% and increases camouflage by 40%. Has a constant death cloak that deals 100 poison damage per tic. With this immense power Badb will drain your energy and health 5 points per tic.

With the fall event being the next big event (and the fall events have always been my favorite) I dedicded to make mine fit into the Fall events
So my picture is just a rough sketch, I don't like coloring because i feel like it just takes away from the detail put into sketches... anyways here's my submission, Hope you guys like it

Crom's Bane
A staff so powerful that it has been said to have been created by Crom himself
in the fires of Mordris. It was Croms grandest of creations... It was lost in the
depths of the otherworld when Crom was being imprisoned. This staff grants a 95%
bonus to your speed while still allowing you to have and offhand weapon equipped.
Also gives the ability "Crom's Bane" Which deals 3000 unavoidable Fire damage
to any opponent.
Uses novelty ability.
