I have lost my greater earthstone breastplate and leggings.

Also lost my connacht pathfinder breastplate and connacht vanquiser hat

All those items did just disappear

Can you please look at this. (It happened a while ago)

If somthing have been writting wrong... Im using my Phone :/

If it disappeared they should be able to restore the items. I dropped something once by accident it was restored so if disappeared should be returned. Hope you get the items back.

Report via the in game support tool and you'll recieve them back as PurpleRain mentioned

If the items where lost more than 30days ago there is nothing that support can do.

I mailed the team thousands of times...

So you spammed them? It actually slows support down if you mail them like that.

If her ticket was sent within those 30 days, she should be able to receive her items back. If the support team was too busy and didn't get her message then again, she should still receive her items back at a later time.
