For example I could easily create an account named after a specific player with a device I've never used before and use a VPN/proxy to hide my tracks on which network I'm on and 6 months later use that same forum account to say in a thread that I am *insert player name* and decided I'm quitting. Giving all my accounts access to *insert name.* please don't get confused. This would make someone's name look bad and OTM could make a bad judgement based on that.
