I have switched to being a spear ranger but i need help with it to know if its worth being one and what skills
spear rangers use

Skewer- KEEP IT AT 1!
Sharpen Weapons: Max
Rapid Shot- Max
Steady Aim- Max
Light Heal- Rest or split between steady.
I tried my best

I know it works but it's not ideal to switch to a bow to cast steady unless ur going for max attack stat

Double attack is a must-have. Either max it, or add enough points to deal double hits on enemies 5-10 levels above you.

(Sorry it wasnt funny :,( )

Skills are good (we dont really have a big choice unfortunately)
You must use double attack, our lone dmg skill.
Use entangle too and not more than 10point in rapid shot.

If you really want to go spear build, i recommand the dex build with full light heal (go strenght if you have lot of hp lixs and restos)
Dex help to not be hurt (dodge,miss) it take time but with my build i can tank and kill the 180 6*xp tree with only 2 restorations pot for the energy.

If OTM create one or all of this 3 skills, Spear Ranger can rivalize with Spear Warrior and Rogue and be a good build for ranger lvl1-180

Spear Throw: dmg skill same as Longshot with distance req

-Defense: same as defensive formation or the rogue skill with the the blue hand i dont remenber the name. We tank the mob like a rogue or a warrior but we dont have def buff skill.

- Rage strike: heavy dmg when mob hp is under 50%.

I wanna be a spear ranger so bad lol I'm 192 ranger in lugh I think spear would be awesome plus if u put all points in dex u get a strong light heal, my light heal right now is 1.7k with 300 points in strength too. I brought up dex becuz I think it's best way to go for spear. I wish they would put more skills for spear rangers. That throwing spear skill would be dope too
