Sooooooo.......by looks of it ages ago I "may" have dropped my warden sword so now am unable to do astral,frozen etc weapons.I raised a ticket but please tel me something can be done

Very Stupid question I'm sure... but did you look thoroughly through your bank? I personally keep a lot of trash in my bank and lose track of quest items all the time haha.

Ye man I wish it was.I gone through my inventory loads of times and also my bank.all astral there but no warden sword for me to upgrade to astral.I must have dropped or something by accident

If you filled out a support ticket and it was detailed and clear I can almost assure they'll take care of it, if they don't reply within a week go ahead and fill out a second report to the same extent with the date of the original support ticket on top sending a PM to a site admin that oversees item related issues may push things along but I can't say for sure...

Ah there usually very quick at getting back to me within a day or too.they are closed weekends and are on the same timezone as myself - im in Ireland and they Scotland so know roughly when they have will be on

Remember to not send any more support tickets until at least 1 week after your first. They dont work on weekends, so you will most likely get a reply on Monday - Tuesday.
