Hi there, we have heard a few reports that there is an issue with the number of character slots changing.

Before the update each account had two character slots that they could use on all servers, so overall they could just have two characters before having to buy an extra character slot from the item shop.

We have now extended it so that everyone gets two character slots free on each server, meaning you could make up to 28 characters free.

If you are having any trouble with character slots please let us know and we will look into the issue asap!

I have all 4 slots .

I have no issues. Though I wish we had 4 free skill slots not 3 lol

I think if you already had a character in the slots that you should have been able to keep them. My fourth character was deleted and so was a friend's third and fourth, both having some time spent on them.

I had 4 character slots on my account with characters, my clans bank and my ranger got deleted, considering my clan bank had over 400 items in it im not pleased.

Neither am I please about my ranger being deleted who I have spent my own money on twinking it.

We haven't deleted any characters, and we don't plan to ever. Even characters that players delete are saved just in case.

To my mind a player losing their character is a really serious problem, and if that is happening it's something that what we need to fix asap.

Rest assured we can recover any deleted character, so if you have lost any we will get them back for you.

As a side note, could you explain how you have 4 character slots before, did you buy more slots or were they there when you made the account?

You guys deleted the only toon I had any platinum on, what can be done about this?

We have put in a fix for the character issue just now, could you please let us know if you still have any problems with this. It should now all be working. Sorry about this!

Also please note you won't lose any platinum no matter what happens to your characters because the platinum is stored on your user account rather than your characters.

Always nice to see a development team right on the case of issues with released updates in such a fast time.

I just seemed to have the character slots, I assumed that there were 5 slots per world but you had to purchase the slot if you wanted to start a character on a different world.

Either way I had four characters because the game let me and now I have 2 haha

It might not be the platinum that we're losing but it would have been what we have spent that platinum on thats lost
