Okay, I have a 114 mage(close to 115)
My current skills are
Firebolt max
Firestorm Max
Energy Shield 24/25
Lure of Fire 23/25
Fire attunemnt 29/25

I want to add either firestorm or cloak of fire to do more dmg a second since it does get annoying at times doing hardly any damage.

Which skills is best to go with and what abilities are best to upgrade and how much?

Going to safely assume you meant incinerate instead. At your level I would recommend cloak of fire. Very little energy cost + guaranteed damage per hit is worth investing points in at your level.

Incinerate becomes effective for its points once you pass the 170 mark. Up until then I wouldn't recommend using.

Lol why am i mentioned here, i love inc but not for low lvl lvling, and if i would love to use it at higher lvl if i could afford it.
If u lvl with druid mostly, have u tried Sacrifice? For me it does wonders.

+1 cloak s good , i stoped using it at golems cuz they were attacking slowy
