As said above, it's out of OTM's control. The best thing to do is email NativeX using the help button on the offers page (I think it's at the bottom).

Personally I would be sending OTM emails also.
They signed the contract to allow NativeX to make offers and THEY receive money from NativeX.
It is therefore OTM who owe you the Plat as it's their game.
Don't be fooled by the line "it's nothing to do with us" your contract is with OTM.

Don't get me wrong, if going direct to NativeX works for you, go direct to them.
BUT it is OTM that physically put the plat on your account not NativeX.
II would have thought that OTM, who make money from you doing the NativeX offers would happily be pro-active in making sure things run smoothly, if they don't and people stop using NativeX then they lose money.
If it was me, I'm playing OTM's game using offers that they are promoting, so I would be hassling them to sort the issue, but luckily I don't play and therefore don't need the plat.
