Yes but with the cooldown you are better off using a damage ring from hru. Attack effectiveness does have a plateu where you would be better off adding dmg and the 30% haste is useless as i dont know a single end game melee player who doesnt just hero haste

You're indirectly stating that attack is useless compared to dmg with that statement.

Assuming that most end game players are heavy on dex, this amazing ring will add 15% of total attack and the 100 poison dmg skill.

To inflict more damage on raid bosses you need high attack, something hrung dmg rings do not supply.

Maybe in Morrigan everyone buys a lot of chests for hero hastes, but in most cases, people reserve those for raids and legit battles.

Why would you consider dex as a factor in the attack bonus? The real attack bonuses come from your gear. People have 5-6k attack with 1k dex, dex doesn't play much of a factor in overall attack.
On our world every melee dps is required to haste lix on 'raid' bosses or they don't dice.
The only benefit from the reaper is the 15% attack and the not so great skill, as I said I'll stick with something else.

If you think it's so great then buy it for 3m+, I'll stick with my 600 hastes.

I once owned a reaper ring. The ring adds 100 to auto.... For 15 seconds, the cooldown is 1 minute so by the time you use the skill and its over still have to wait about 45 seconds. 15+45=60 60/15=4. Only active 1/4 of the time, so in dps words 100/4=25 dps. Hrungnir rings forever 60-100.

You've never owned one so who are you to judge so quickly? Also great to know that you've got 600 hastes sitting in your inventory, it greatly helped your argument.
