I have recently seen people getting their toons banned for violations of ToS. Usually it is for using a shared toon or someone elses toon after they have stopped playing.

Most people who play a fair amount or have played for a while are aware of people who are breaking various rules. The problem starts when people make a choice to report people that they don't like and ignore the fact that a friend is guilty of the same infraction.

If you are truly concerned with making sure that people aren't ignoring the ToS for their own benefit, report all of them, regardless of if you like them or not. If you won't report everybody, don't report anybody.

Actually the problem starts when people share their account. I'm not aware of who you are speaking of, but if you're referencing a certain rogue alt of a high level person in my clan, he has been mass reported to OTM by your clan and yet he's still around. It must be because he's not actually a shared account.

But since your clan has reported people in my clan for shared accounts, you bring up a good point. I dont see you guys reporting your own people either. If you want to have rules, you must be willing to follow them too.

In the end, OTM makes the rules and enforces them. If someone gets in trouble for breaking the rules, it is their own fault not the person who reported them.

To be honest, why should I even listen to you and the rules you specified above. You are not even OTM. After seeing this post, I am going to report every shared alts of your clan. In fact you guys have the most shared account since so many of you have left for other servers and so few of you remaining are actually playing.

You and your clan mates are always talking about leveling the playing field etc. But in fact if we are to really do a count or audit, you all will be the biggest violator of whatever fair playing rules you conjured out and pretends to be the victim.

But I think you have rightly said too, that OTM is sensible. yeah so OTM will excercise their judgement on a case to case basis as we are all paying customer which keep the developers employ and the game going.

You mean I cannot love children like I love my wife? My love for my children is as strong as my love for my wife. Only a warped and perverted mind will associate my love for children to peodophilic. I said I share account with my wife. I did not say I share account with my clanmates. I merely questioned (see the question mark in the sentence?) why the TOS should forbid sharing account with someone other than one's spouse when you can love someone who is not your spouse as much.

Oh forgot to mention if I do not share account with my wife, I will not be able to spend tons of money on plats as I use her credit apple to pay.
