Luuk the only reason i believe you got banned is because of your attitude,you need to fix that attitude man. Things that arent your business you nose dive into, and when it comes to problems you just instigate.and when the problems about you, you make it big and when your wrong you try really hard to make it that your right -.-

Just directly appeal to the support, although it might take a long time to get things sorted.

What if ur not home, ur little sis grabs ur ipad, play a few games and hits celtic heroes as her next game to play That's account sharing?!

It's impossible to get banned without reasons, you have done something wrong in game, like buying/selling an account, cheating in the NativeX thing, or you have depassed the limits of insults you can say in game!
