The Gladius of Punishment is the only equip I know of that subtracts health.

#25You could try levelling up to a level that does get the penalty and just not put any points into vit

#26Doesn't wall of eternity subtract health? And just rebirth at a high level and take off gear and try it then no need to level something up.
